Alison joined Kerr Real Estate in 2024 as our Trust Accountant and Administrator including Commercial Properties. In this role, she maintains accurate records and ensures leases, rent reviews, and documentation are always up to date for our Commercial Landlords and Tenants.
From 1 July 2026, Real Estate Professionals will be regulated under Australia’s strengthened Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) reforms. Alison will take on the role of Compliance Officer, ensuring the office is fully compliant with the new legislation and all ongoing regulatory requirements.
After 23 years away, Alison returned to her hometown of Cobram, bringing with her a strong professional background in business. Her experience has shaped a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering clear communication and service.
Throughout her career, Alison has been recognised for her reliability, and dedication. Her proactive approach and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients and Kerr Real Estate makes her a valued member of the team.
Outside of work, Alison is a wife and mother of four girls and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling overseas, and taking weekend trips to visit her parents in Geelong.
