Ann-Marie Started with Kerr Real Estate in May of 2025. Ann-Marie is one of our passionate Property Managers, she has recently completed her Cert IV in Real Estate in Victoria to support this role.
Ann-Marie enjoys developing strong relationships with tenants, owners, trades, and local businesses, this is what Ann-Marie finds the most rewarding part of the job. By managing daily operations seamlessly and protecting property values, Ann-Marie ensures landlords enjoy peace of mind while tenants receive professional support.
Outside of the office Ann-Marie enjoys shopping for a bargain as well as spending time with her children and grandchildren. She has a passion for adopting rescue dogs and discovering new food experiences.

After my father passed away last year, we had a few loose ends to tie up and Ann - Marie went above and beyond. Paired with compassion, empathy and a big smile she went out of her way to accommodate our needs and ensure we had access to our storage. A huge trust was built and she organised a rubbish removal too. Due to living in Melbourne Ann - Marie also FaceTimed us with storage viewing access and helped organise local charity pickup for recycled goods. She truly went the extra mile to ensure the transition and sorting process was handled smoothly, professionally and in a timely manner all whilst providing exceptional customer service and a big warm heart.
